It is possible to listen to or download call recordings one at a time through two methods.
1. If the call ID is known, by entering a URL pattern into the browser as below:
https://CLIENTNAMEHERE.singlecomm.com/supervisor/call.sc?id=[ID_goes_here]
Examples: (non-working examples)
- https://CLIENTNAMEHERE.singlecomm.com/supervisor/call.sc?id=2488460#vm_
- https://callcenter1.singlecomm.com/supervisor/call.sc?id=2488460#vm_
2. Navigate to the Supervisor section and the Call Log item, then to the call in question.
Once you have successfully navigated to the page you should dsee something like the picture below. You may:
- To listen to the call click the musical note.
- To download the audio file click the download icon.
- See additional call information on other tabs.
Please note that not all calls actually have recordings ... this is almost always due to: calls hanging up in 2-3 seconds after the beep (brief dead air) or just being quiet (dead air).
