Call Quality by DID Group

The Call Quality by DID Group page provides a location to view information on call quality statistics.  It is located under the Administrator section.  See the list of term definitions for more information.

Terms:

DID Group = The name of the DID (Direct Inward Dialing) group.

No Media Calls = Calls on which one or both parties cannot hear the other. 

Calls = Total number of calls placed. 

RTP = Real-time Transport Protocol

RTP Skip > 1% = Number of calls in which RTP Skips are greater than 1% of VoIP packets were skipped. 

RTP Flush > 1% = Number of calls in which RTP Flushes are greater than 1% of VoIP packets were flushed. 

Avg RTP Skip = Number of RTP Skips averaged over all calls. 

Avg RTP Flush = Number of RTP Flushes averaged over all calls.
