Log in to the SC ACD
👍 The easiest way is to type [yourcompanyname].singlecomm.com into a browser, then log in with your email address/password. -
Expand the TAS module options by clicking on TAS in the left-hand navigation bar

Access your current TAS accounts by clicking Manage Existing Accounts
Search or browse through the active accounts (clients) and click to select the one for which you need to set up an on-call calendar.
Create and Customize the Calendar
- Click the On Call tab
- Click the New Calendar button
- Type in an appropriate name for your calendar and click Continue
- Next, set up Columns for your new calendar
*Columns can be named anything you wish. One common naming convention is to use a variation of "first, second, third, etc." so that the order is apparent.- Click inside the New Name text field and type a name for your first column
- Then click the Color to assign a unique color for the column
- This brings up the color picker, where you can select any shade by adjust the color bar and clicking on the area above it, or by manually typing the RGB (Red, Green Blue) values of a specific color.
💡There are numerous other ways to assign colors here:- Click the eye dropper tool, then click on an area of color that you wish to copy. This will reassign the set values in the color picker, which you can use as-is or edit if needed.
- Click the up/down arrow to the right of RGB to manually assign one of these options:
- HSL (hue-saturation-lightness)
- 6-digit Hex code
- HSL (hue-saturation-lightness)
- This brings up the color picker, where you can select any shade by adjust the color bar and clicking on the area above it, or by manually typing the RGB (Red, Green Blue) values of a specific color.
- Click Update to save the Column name and chosen Color
- Repeat the above steps to create additional columns
Add Shifts to the Calendar
Now that the calendar has been created, you need to add specific schedule(s)/shift(s).
- Click the Schedule tab
- On the Schedule tab:
- Date: enter the starting date of this on-call shift
⚠️ Dates should be typed out in YYYY-MM-DD format. - Time: enter in the scheduled start time
⚠️ 24-hour military timing must be used here. - For the remaining columns [named for the calendar columns that were created], click the dropdown on each and select a name from that account's directory. This will assign that person to a specific columns within the calendar. Repeat until all columns have been assigned.
- Click Update to save the schedule and calendar.
- Date: enter the starting date of this on-call shift
- Click the Calendar tab
- You can customize the calendar view by clicking any of the Month/Week/Day buttons
- The Month/WeekDay buttons on the left show calendar views
- The Month/Week/Day buttons on the right show list views
- You can also move forward/back using the navigation buttons
- You can customize the calendar view by clicking any of the Month/Week/Day buttons
- Click Update to save any changes
💡Clicking the In Use tab at any time will show you if there are any dispatch rules utilizing this on-call calendar:
