SC TAS can have hundreds of accounts that will also have hundreds of campaigns, both inbound and outbound. This article will outline the most straightforward way to manage outbound campaigns and make sure the most appropriate agents are assigned.
This article assumes that there is an existing TAS account with Programs, Campaigns and that there are multiple trained/untrained agents available.

Log in to the SC ACD
The easiest way is to type [yourcompanyname].singlecomm.com into a browser, then log in with your email address/password.
Activate Agents
- Click on Programs/Clients in the left-hand navigation bar
- Browse or use the Search bar to locate the Program/Client you wish to view
- When you have located your Program/Client, click the numbered blue button in the Campaigns column
- Select the outbound campaign you wish to edit by clicking its Campaign Name
- Click the Untrained Agents tab
- You can sort this list by click the First Name or Last Name column. Click once to sort A-Z, and click again to sort Z-A.

You can also sort by the # column, but be aware that it sorts numbers numbers beginning with 1, rather than the lowest numeral.
💡To return a list to its default display, simply refresh the page.

- Once you have located the agent(s) you would like to activate for this campaign, click the Activate button to the right of their name.
- the Activated button will change to To be activated
- ⚠️ Be advised that once an agent is set "To be activated" they cannot be deactivated by clicking again. To deactivate an agent in a "To be activated" state, you must scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel. This will cancel ALL pending activations.
- Once all agents have been selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update
Assign Ranks
- Begin by clicking the Ranks tab
- This tab will now display the #, First Name, and Last Name of the agents that were activated in the previous step.
- Assign a Rank for each agent
For more information on how to rank agents, see the article titled Rank Based Routing. - Click Update to save and close or click Delete next to any agent you wish to remove.
- Activated agents will now appear in the Trained Agents tab with their assigned Ranks
- Deleted agents will not return to the Untrained Agents tab, they will also appear in the Trained Agents tab, but will not display a Rank and will have an Activate button next to their name, should you wish to reactivate them in the future.
