Preparing a Primary Guided Interaction for Connection to a Third Party Offer

A Third Party Offer (TPO) can easily be attached to a primary Guided Interaction in just a few simple steps.

1. Log in to the SC WorkFlow platform and go to your Guided Interactions 
   
   
2. Browse or use the Search bar to locate the Guided Interaction you wish to use, then click its Name to view it
3. Click the Graph button in the top right
   
   
4. Once on the graph, click to view the Constant Fields
   
   
5. The following Text Input fields must be added to the Constant slide:
   • TPO_Offer
     
     • Value: name of the TPO
       • For example, to add TPO SinglecommES to the primary script, the Value = SinglecommES
       • If using more than one TPO, they should all be listed, separated by commas, with no spaces in between
   • TPO PackageCode
     
     
     • Value: code needed for the order, these are unique to the client
6. Click Update to save the Constant slide and return to the graph
   
   
7. On the graph, locate the Additional Info Slide and click the wrench to access its settings
   
   
8. The following fields must be added to the Additional Info slide:
   • TPO Name [Name field]
   • TPO Address [Address field]
   • TPO Email [Text Input field]
   • TPO Phone [Text Input field]
     *The above TPO fields should mirror FROM the Bill Address (not the Ship Address) section in the Guided Interaction
   • NextScript [Text Input field]
     • When the TPO Picker integration initiates, it checks to see if a TPO is available to be offered. If a TPO is available, the integration populates this field with the URL for the TPO.
9. Click Update to save the Additional Info slide and return to the graph
10. Locate the Wrap Up* (or Confirmation) slide and click the wrench to access its settings
    
    *This may be labelled differently on your Guided Interaction. It is generally the final slide of the Agent/Customer conversation where it is determined if there is a valid order.
    •  Add a button field that will connect to a TPO Picker or TPO Picker with Savy Pitch Integration.
      
      

When the finish button is clicked on the primary script, the guided interaction for the TPO will automatically pop.
