The Access Control List Management page allows you to create and modify Access Control Lists which allow you to control what parts of the ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) can be accessed by users or agents, and what level of access they are allowed.
Click the NEW LIST button to create a new list. Or Click the BLUE numbered button to the left of an existing list to modify it.

Access Control List options:
- Access Control Entry
- User Subject
- Minimum User Level
- Maximum User Level
- Group Subject
- Minimum User/Group Level
- Maximum User/Group Level
- Organization Subject
- Minimum User/Organization Level
- Maximum User/Organization Level
Using these options you can create a granular access policy for Groups or Individuals. You can also clone an existing list and modify it as needed to create a new one.
