The Networking Reports shows how many call attempts each agent has made and whether they were successful or failed. You can also see average connection speed for individual agents. Utilize this report to identify possible Network problems.
Security: Only users with the supervisor role can access this section.
Click the Agent Management tab on the left side of ACD and then Networking Reports.
Use the date range for specific time-frames. The search box will allow you to filter for specific information on the report.
